FLAPLESS Minimally Invasive Technique

This technique is carried out transmucosally painlessly and almost bloodlessly, the implants are placed in the most ideal position, avoiding the classic method of placement with incisions and sutures, with the well-known postoperative effects, such as swelling, hematoma, possible wound infection, disorders of blood supply, healing, possible postoperative pain, etc. .l.p. , which may affect the patient's work and social obligations. This technique requires expertise, knowledge, extensive clinical experience and appropriate technological equipment, which our clinic has, such as the CS8100 3D digital volumetric (3D) tomograph in combination with appropriate 3D analysis software.

The advantages of this technique are:

• The placement of the implants is done without incisions and extensive surgical tissue injuries with the known effects (mentioned above).
• Faster healing is achieved and the degree of bone resorption at the apex of the alveolar bone is significantly reduced (bibliography), because the perfusion of the area is not affected.
